Our video platform is compatible with all browsers and devices such as

After logging into the Client portal, from the side menu, select "Booking Details" and click the action button to view the Pin number.

After logging into the Client portal, from the side menu, select "Booking Details" and click the action button to add an additional participant. You will be required to enter the User type, Name of the participant, Mobile number, and email address.

After logging into the Client portal, from the side menu, select the "Scheduled Video" Spoken/ Non-Spoken booking option to create a new booking.

And fill in the 'Appointment details' i.e., Appointment Date and Time, Duration, Language Required and Service User Information etc. and click Submit.

Upon submission, you will receive a 'Booking Acknowledgement' email with a Pin number and Joining instruction.

After logging into the Client portal, from the side menu, select "Booking Details" and enter the Booking Reference number into the search box.

While creating a booking, you will have an option to select a specific interpreter by their Name or ID number.

Alternatively, you can enter the Name or ID number of the interpreter, in the Additional information text box.
